Research Abstract

新規な水素結合供与型光学活性トリアミノイミノホスホランを創製し、これをキラル有機塩基触媒とする高効率かつ高立体選択的なヘンリー反応及びヒドロホスホリル化反応を実現した。反応生成物はそれぞれ、非天然型アミノ酸やアミノ酸等価体等へ容易に導き得ることから、本手法の合成化学的意義は明確である。また、イミノホスホランが既存の有機強塩基をはるかに凌駕する強塩基性を有し、キラル分子触媒としての高い潜在能力を持つことを初めて示した。
