Research Abstract

本研究では、物質固有の磁化率と密度の違いにより物質を分離する磁気アルキメデス分離の原理に基づき、新規の多成分同時定量分析手法開発のための基礎的な検討を行なった。
分離の基材物質としていくつかの無機材料または高分子材料をベースに検討し、20μm程度までの微粒子の分離が可能なこと、より効率的な分離を実現するための磁場分布を計算機シミュレーションにより検討し、超伝導磁石へ磁性体を導入する方法が有効なこと、分離の観測・評価手法について、強磁場中での可視化手法の開発、また、発光材料の活用により、利便性の高い検出が可能であることを示した。
これらの成果により、磁気アルキメデス分離手法が多成分同時定量分析へ適用できることを示すことができた。
