Research Abstract

糖鎖長と重合度の異なる18 種類の糖末端ポリスチレンを合成した。これらはポリスチレンの良溶媒中で糖およびポリスチレンをそれぞれコアおよびシェルとする逆ミセル状の集合体として存在すること、さらにこの高分子逆ミセル溶液のキャストによりをシリコーン表面に植物と合成ポリマーに由来する親疎水性のミクロ相分離構造を構築することが可能であることを示した。以上は抗血栓性を示す代替合成材料の開発に役立つ知見に成り得ると考えている。
