| Research Abstract |
多糖の化学-酵素合成法における合成法の簡略化を目的として,活性化糖モノマーの簡易合成法の確立と,ワンポットでの酵素触媒重合の検討を行った.その結果,活性化糖モノマーの合成においては収率良く対応するモノマーを得る方法を見出し,単離したものを用いて重合反応を行った結果,対応する多糖が得られることが分かった.しかし,ワンポットでの合成では酵素の失活等による重合反応の停止が見られた.
