Research Abstract |
Structural control of flexible aromatic oligomers have been achieved by using of the properties of sulfur atoms. Particularly, peptide-like hydrogen bonds between amino and sulfonyl groups promoted the intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) in aniline-based oligomers, which can be expected as a promising new class of fluorescent materials.
