Research Abstract

本研究では、異なる細胞を見分けるマーカー分子として細胞表面に存在する糖脂質に着目し、(1)細胞表面糖脂質をナノ微粒子表面に提示した"糖脂質レプリカナノ微粒子"の作製に成功した。(2)生体試料中(細胞や組織)に含まれる糖脂質の発現プロファイルを網羅的に解析する方法を確立した。(3)ナノ微粒子と質量分析計を用いて、糖鎖に特異的に結合する分子を検出する方法を新たに構築した。
