Research Abstract

本研究は、骨再生用担体材料(リン酸オクタカルシウム;OCP)の開発およびOCPと遺伝子導入法を一体化することにより、これまでにない迅速で安全性の高い新規骨再生遺伝子治療法の開発を行うことを目的とした。二年間の研究期間においてOCPとアテロコラーゲンを複合化したOCPICollagen担体を作製と担体表面に特異的に吸着するナノ粒子の検討を行った。これまでにナノ粒子の作製に成功し、担体への吸着法を確立した。また、OCP及びOCP/Collagen担体の骨再生担体としての基礎的知見を得ることができた。
