Research Abstract

糖質をテンプレートとして共有結合により結びつけたエチニルピリジンポリマーを各種合成した。これらのエチニルピリジンポリマーは分子内水素結合によりらせん型高次構造の生成を示す強い円二色性をあらわした。続いてアルケンメタセシスによる側鎖の架橋およびらせん型の固定を目指した。グラブス触媒を作用させて得られた生成物の解析から、メタノールを加えた溶液中でもらせん型高次構造が固定化できることが分かった。
