Research Abstract

本研究では、ファージディスプレイ(PD)法による予備試験において同定された医薬小分子の新規相互作用について検証し、それらの結合を確認した。1)抗生物質ロキシスロマイシン(RXM)とRXMのがん血管新生阻害作用の原因タンパク質の候補であるアンジオモチン(Amot)。2)抗腫瘍活性物質カンプトテシン(CPT)の結合候補タンパク質であるヒトプロスタグランジンE2受容体(hEP1)およびスプライシングファクターhnRNP A3。
