Research Abstract	本研究では、有機安定ニトロキシドラジカルの電荷輸送能とその磁気抵抗効果の発現を目的としている。ラジカルスピン自身の安定化、電荷移動度の向上、膜の安定性を分子骨格に反映させながら、一連のラジカル誘導体を合成した。新しく合成した熱的に安定なニトロニルニトロキシドラジカル分子をホール輸送層として真空蒸着により成膜し、そのホール輸送性を明らかにした。
