Research Abstract

ホール輸送生材料とn型有機半導体層を積層した「ヘテロ積層型構造」を用いることで、n型FET変調が大気下で極めて安定に観測されることを見いだし、そのメカニズム解明および高性能化のための検討を行った。その結果、本手法がフラーレンを始めとするn型有機FET全般に対して有効であることを見いだした。また、大気下安定性が、高いHOMO準位を持つ界面層からn型チャネル層への電子供与に基づく、トラップ充填に由来することを明らかにした。
