Research Abstract

本研究ではナフタレンを基盤とするラダー状炭化水素分子の合成検討を行った。具体的には、ボロン酸を導入したナフタレン誘導体と、ハロゲン原子(臭素、ヨウ素原子)を導入したジメチルナフタレン誘導体を用いたクロスカップリング反応によるオリゴナフタレンの反応について、種々の条件検討を行った結果、中程度の収率ながら目的化合物が得られた。続いてルイス酸と酸化剤を用いた酸化、脱水素化反応について、様々な試薬を用いて検討した結果、ラダー状炭化水素分子としてナフタレン三量体ラダー分子の合成に成功した。さらに、長鎖アルキル基を持つナフタレンについて、ビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)ナフタレンへの長鎖アセチレンの導入・水素化反応を経ることにより大量に合成するルートを確立できた。
