Research Abstract

有機p型半導体材料と有機n型半導体材料の積層構造を有する両極性有機薄膜トランジスタ回路について、有機分子特有の形状に由来する物性の異方性を利用し正孔・電子それぞれの電荷移動の方向を分子配向制御技術により直交させ、回路に流れる貫通電流を抑制することで両極性有機薄膜トランジスタインバータ回路の低消費電力化を試み、有機p型半導体材料の配向制御および正孔移動方向の一軸化を実現した。
