Research Abstract

固体基板上で2次元的に実現する抗原・抗体反応を「有機多層膜」と捉え、X線反射率法を用いて膜構造を精密評価することにより抗原特異吸着効率の向上を試み、次世代バイオセンサ応用への可能性を探った。その結果、抗原特異吸着による膜構造変化を世界で初めて観察し新規のタンパク検出法としての可能性が示された。
