Research Abstract |
A new hybrid device of photoelectric and thermoelectric effects on Ti-based metal oxides has been investigated. It was obtained that polycrystalline films were crystallized from sputter-deposited TiO_2 amorphous films (for dye-sensitized solar cells) and sputter-deposited Nb-doped SrTiO_3 amorphous films (for thermoelectric materials) on glass substrates under no oxygen gas by post-annealing them in the atmosphere.
