| Research Abstract |
光ファイバからフォトニック結晶導波路への結合効率50%(従来25%)が得られる二等辺三角形穴を同心円状に配置した新規ブレーズ型素子の設計を行った.また,半導体微細加工技術を用いて素子作製を試み,電子顕微鏡観察により形状が確認できたが,光学性能評価までは至らなかった.一方,1次元周期構造に入射面が溝方向に平行になるように斜め入射すると,50%の高効率な偏光無依存結合素子となることを新たに計算で確かめた.
