Research Abstract

本研究では,非線形光プロセスを用いることで,半導体プロセスの適用範囲を従来の平面から立体基板上へと拡張した.フェムト秒レーザパルスをフォトレジスト内部に集光することで形成した複雑かつ微細なパターンを反応性プラズマによって下地に転写し,無機光学材料の立体的表面構造を形成した.レジストの非線形光学特性評価を行うとともに,SiO_2屈折・回折複合マイクロレンズを試作し,設計通りの光学特性を得た.
