Research Abstract

単一分子電子共鳴レーリー散乱分光法の開発のためSERS、LSPR レーリー散乱分光測定した銀ナノ凝集体をSEM 測定する実験装置を開発した。この実験で取得したSERS 活性を持つ銀ナノ凝集体の形状を境界条件としてLSPR バンドをFDTD(Finite Difference Time Domain)法を用い計算によって再現した。実験結果と計算結果を比較することで、レーリー散乱スペクトルに分子の散乱スペクトルが現れるかを検証した。この検証の結果、分子スペクトルとほぼ同位置に多重極に対応するLSPR バンドが重なり現れ、そのピーク波長とバンド形状は凝集体ごとのわずかな形状の異なりを反映し複雑に変化することが分かった。このスペクトル重なりの結果、残念ながら分子からのスペクトルとLSPR スペクトルの区別が出来なかった。この結果は、分子のスペクトルと多重極LSPR スペクトル区別するにはナノメートルオーダーで厳密に形状を制御し作成した銀ナノ凝集体で実験する必要があることを示している。
