Research Abstract

磁気プローブの高速振動によりナノ薄膜内の局所的な領域に高密度の渦電流を形成し、これに起因したプローブの振動位相の変化(渦電流損失)を観察することで、ナノ薄膜の導電率を高感度、かつ定量的に評価することのできる渦電流マイクロスコピー法を開発した。観察される磁気プローブの振動位相の遅れ量が薄膜の導電率に比例することを実験的、および理論的に示した。さらに、直径800nmなるPtナノワイヤに高密度の渦電流を誘導すると共に、これによる磁気プローブの位相変化を検知することに成功した。
