Research Abstract

血小板および赤血球の凝集力と接着力を考慮して,二次血栓形成の血流シミュレーションモデルを構築した.シミュレーションの結果,血小板と赤血球の質量の違い,血管形状等に応じた血流速度などが,血栓形成に大きな影響を与えることがわかった.また,生体外実験で観察される赤血球の接着が,pN のオーダーの接着力で再現されること,赤血球膜の自然状態と物性の組み合わせによって赤血球の運動挙動が決まること等が分かった.
