Research Abstract

マイクロバブルを高分解能で撮影するための光学系の開発,マイクロバブルの静的および動的圧力変化に対する強度の調査を行った.従来数十秒のオーダーと評価されていた医療用マイクロバブルの寿命は,その生成方法に強く依存し,生成方法によっては,数日間存在できること,極わずかな圧力変化によりその寿命が大きく異なることを明らかにした.さらに超高感度イメージインテンシファイヤを用いた,間接的な気泡計測手法の開発を行った.
