Research Abstract

機械部品表面の硬度を高める新しい方法の1つとして,耐摩耗性を有する固体粉末を超音速気流により機械部品表面に吹き付けてコーティングを行う手法が注目を集めている.本研究では,超高耐磨耗コーティングを行うための超音速ノズルにおける気流の状態と固体粒子の速度について,主に数値シミュレーションにより調べた.研究の結果,ノズル形状およびノズルスロート上流のガス状態と固体粒子の速度との関係が明らかになった.
