Research Abstract

本研究課題は,電気浸透流により「流体の搬送」機能と「混合」機能を分離して流体の制御を行うことにより,混合部長さを従来の数分の1に抑え,流量変動にも対応した高性能マイクロ・ミキサーを開発することにある.T型およびクロス型チャンネルにおいて,流路に印加する電場を非定常に制御することにより,ジャンクション部で2種の流体が折り重なって多層化される電場パターンを求め,混合の促進を実現した.
