Research Abstract

本研究では,医学分野で必要とされるヒト体内環境下でのタンパク質物質拡散係数を測定し,諸条件下におけるデータベースの構築を図った.より重要とされる条件においては,更なる追加実験を施すことでデータベースの充実化を図った.データの不確かさも併せて行い,データの信頼性の向上を図った.
また,本研究で得られた実験結果から,ヒト体内ではタンパク質周囲の濃度・pH環境が消化プロセスにおいて物質拡散現象に影響を及ぼし,pHの影響は濃度の影響よりも大きいことがわかり,系内におけるタンパク質同士の相互作用よりも電気的もしくは静電的作用が重要な要素となっていることを実験的に明らかにした.
