| Research Abstract |
マイクロ流体デバイスや液体ナノテクノロジーの進展と共に,ナノ・マイクロ空間中の特異な液体物性の定量化が可及的課題となっている.本申請課題では,ナノ領域の固液極近傍における液体分子の運動量輸送性(粘性率)および物質輸送性(拡散係数)を測定可能なセンシング手法の研究開発を行った.開発した測定装置を用いて,水中のフォトクロミック分子の拡散係数測定を行い,60nm のナノギャップ中での拡散係数測定に成功した.
