Research Abstract

本研究では、細胞を知的構造システムとして捉えて、細胞がセンサ、コントローラ、アクチュエータを有すると考え、機械的刺激が骨芽細胞に入力された場合の適応的応答を実験的に検証し、その動的モデルを構築することを目的とした。その結果、細胞の機械的刺激感受システムは振動数依存性を示し、振動数12.5〜1000Hz、加速度振幅0.125〜0.5Gの実験範囲では、振動数が低いほど細胞増殖が亢進し、50Hzに骨形成の極大値が存在することを示した。
