Research Abstract

本報で取りあげる4つのシステムに対して,技能の技術化・デジタル化手法を確立した.これにあたっては,(i)安全・安心接触動作技術,(ii)機構設計技術,(iii)機能抽出・構造化技術,(iv)診断・治療タスクに応じたシステム動作切替え技術,(v)医用画像処理技術が重要であった。
(1) 心臓組織癒着による再手術性評価システムとは,ロボットビジョン技術の利用により,心臓癒着度合いを客観的かつ定量的な指標を提供するシステムである.
(2) 血管攣縮度の評価システムとは,ロボットビジョン技術の利用により,血管攣縮度の定量的な指標を提供するシステムである.
(3) 遠隔超音波診断システムとは,診断画像や検査データのやりとりだけでなく,診断画像の獲得操作さえも専門医が遠隔で行うことにより,患者が病院で通常受けるものとまったく同等の医療サービスを遠隔地に存在する患者にも提供するシステムである.
(4) 非侵襲超音波診断・治療統合システムとは,呼吸等により能動的に運動する患部を抽出・追従・モニタリングしながら,超音波を集束させてピンポイントに患部へ照射することにより,癌組織や結石の治療を患者の皮膚表面を切開することなく非侵襲かつ低負担で行なおうとするものである.
