Research Abstract

本研究では、単一のマスクパターンからアライメントレスで複雑な3次元構造を作製するフォトリソグラフィ法を提案するとともに、提案するプロセスの具体的な応用例として3次元多層流を用いた高速マイクロミキサの試作・評価を行った。提案するフォトリソグラフィ技術は、遮光用のメタル層がパターニングされたガラス基板に紫外線硬化性樹脂を直接塗布し、裏面から紫外線を傾斜露光することによって、単一のマスクパターンから3次元的な構造を作製することができる。
