| Research Abstract |
血液検査などの携帯用ヘルスケアデバイスへの応用を目指して提案したnLオーダーで切り分け可能なマイクロ分注システムを開発してきた.その研究成果として,携帯可能にするための最大の課題である加減圧可能マイクロポンプチップの開発とマイクロ分注チップの切り分け精度をnLオーダーに向上させることに成功した.さらに,構成要素であるマイクロ多分岐切換バルブチップの実用化へ向けた改良にも成功した.また,これらチップを結合・集積化したマイクロ分注システムの検証実験により実用性を確認した.
