| Research Abstract |
本研究では,小型(特に極薄型)・高剛性・低消費電力のベアリングレスモータの実現を目的とし,以下の成果を得た.新しい極薄型のベアリングレスモータを提案・試作した.モータ外径は70mm,センサを含めた高さは16mmである.また,支持巻線の起磁力分布が正弦波状となるような巻線構造を用いることで,試作ベアリングレスモータの安定な磁気浮上を実現した.さらに,非制御方向剛性等の支持性能を評価した.
