Research Abstract

2004年に起きた新潟県中越地震では,直前に多量の雨が降ったため多くの土構造物被害が確認された.これまで耐震性に優れていると報告されている補強土壁も例外ではなく,裏込め内の水の影響で被害が生じた例が数件報告されている.そこで本研究では補強土壁内の水位が補強土壁の地震時安定性に及ぼす影響を把握するため,遠心振動台実験を行った.実験では不飽和状態と飽和状態の模型補強土壁を用いたが,飽和状態のケースでは水位管理の簡略化のため模型補強土壁を水没させた状態を想定した.実験の結果,土壁内の水位により,地震時に致命的な打撃を受ける可能性があることが分かった.
