| Research Abstract |
施設管理の現状を複数の大学にヒアリングして、『大学キャンパスにおける施設環境評価手法』を確立し、中国、近畿、関東に位置する5つの大学に適用している。
適用により、学生に不満をもたらす根本的要因を定量的に明らかにするとともに、各要因に対する施設特性、および評価者の属性からそれぞれの評価傾向を示し、今後、大学施設環境の改善を検討するうえで有用な知見を得ている。
