| Research Abstract |
大阪府内3地域の固定資産台帳による木造専用住宅の調査結果を用いて次の3点、(1)1975年以降における木造専用住宅の平均寿命の推移とその傾向、(2)除却家屋の建設時期・除却時期による寿命や延床面積と社会背景との関係性、(3) 従来よりも高精度の算出方法を用いて2030年までの木造専用住宅のストック数の推移、を把握することで、今後の木造専用住宅ストックの動向とその対応を考察する方向性を示す。
