Research Abstract

数10nm オーダーの金属粒子相と粒子表面の数nm の酸化物誘電体層を基本構造として持つ材料を作製した。この材料の電波透過特性と材料構造の関係を調べ、電波透過のメカニズムが金属粒子相間の電気的なパーコレーション現象に起因することを明らかにした。また、金属相粒子相直径と金属相体積率の関係を制御することにより、数10GHz の周波数帯域におい60%以上の電波透過率を持つ材料を実現した。特に、金属相の体積率が20%以上、試料暑さ1mm 以上の材料において、電波透過性を持つ誘電体と同等の電波透過率である透過率80%を実現できた。
