Research Abstract

Ti-NiおよびTi-Pd形状記憶合金の微細構造と変態温度におよぼす冷却速度の影響について調査した。急速凝固薄帯の試料において、冷却速度の増加に伴いマルテンサイト変態温度は低下した。これは母相(B2構造)の規則度の低下、短範囲規則相およびオメガ相の生成に起因したものである。またバルク材において、マルテンサイト変態時に生成する逆位相境界状の組織を新たに発見し、その変位ベクトルおよび生成機構など詳細な解析を行った。
