Research Abstract

最高10 Tの磁場をYBCO膜のc軸方向に印加し、温度可変でIcの引張ひずみ依存性を測定可能な測定システムを確立した。これを用いて様々な磁場、温度でYBCO線材のIc-引張ひずみ特性を測定した。その結果、Icが最大となるひずみ(ピークひずみ)が熱残留ひずみとは無関係に、測定条件とともに変化することが明らかになった。これにより、YBCO線材では、従来金属系超伝導線材で提唱されていた、「ピークひずみは超伝導体の熱残留ひずみが解消される負荷ひずみで決定される」、という関係が成り立たないことを明らかにした。
