Research Abstract

水系スラリーを用いた電気泳動成形により金属表面にセラミックス微粒子をコーティングするプロセスを開発した。スラリーを循環させながら電気泳動を行うことで、粒子の分散状態を保持すること、及び密着性の弱い粒子をコーティング面から排除することを可能とし、これまでよりも密着性の強い、比較的均質なセラミックスコーティング膜を水系スラリーから作製することができた。
