Research Abstract

都市ゴミ焼却灰の溶融固化処理において, 一定速度の冷却条件を取上げ, 固化体の鉛溶出特性に与える影響を検討した。試料には実固化体の組成を基にした模擬試料を使用した。冷却により結晶相が生成し, 冷却速度が遅くなるにつれて結晶粒の粗大化が認められた。また, 残留した非晶質部分に鉛が濃化する傾向が認められた。冷却速度により鉛溶出挙動が異なり, 冷却速度は固化体組織だけでなく鉛溶出特性にも影響することが認められた。
