Research Abstract

酵素反応を用いて二酸化炭素を循環利用するために,脂質膜小胞(リポソーム)により酵素を安定化するとともに,連続反応のための脂質膜内光誘起電子移動反応系を構築する.リポソーム内酵素は高次構造が著しく安定化され,ガス通気を伴う反応器内で安定であった.また,クロロフィル複合化リポソームを調製して脂質膜系光化学反応の特徴を明らかにした.以上より二酸化炭素還元プロセス構築のための各要素に関する重要な知見を得た.
