Research Abstract

本研究では糖タンパク質であるヒトエリスロポイエチン(hEpo)をニワトリ卵黄へ移行蓄積できるFc領域との融合タンパク質とすることで、糖鎖構造を制御できると考え、hEpo/Fc融合タンパク質を生産する遺伝子導入ニワトリの作製を行った。作製したニワトリが生産したhEpo/Fcのバイオアッセイを行ったところ、ニワトリ卵黄由来hEpo/Fcは卵白由来よりも血清由来hEpo/Fcの性質に類似しており、高活性型となっていることが示唆された。
