Research Abstract

組織切片などの微小な試料を回転させ、イオンマイクロビームを用いた微量元素分析を行い、コンピュータ断層撮影法等で用いられている画像再構成の手法を適用し、微小試料内の微量元素の三次元分布を測定する手法を開発した。本手法では、X 線の発生量や吸収量を正確に補正する必要があるので、イオンマイクロビームを用いて試料の密度を三次元的に測定した。この測定結果から、微量元素分布の投影像を補正し画像再構成を行うことで、正確な微量元素の三次元分布を得ることに成功した。
