Research Abstract

ヘリウムビームを用いた飛行時間測定弾性反跳粒子検出法(TOF-ERDA)による軽元素分析法の開発を行った。測定に必要な検出器を製作し、その基本性能を調べた。その結果、本研究で開発した測定系で酸素までの軽元素を十分な検出効率かつ同位体分離が質量分解能で測定できることを示した。また、これをイオン注入試料の測定に適用し、注入された炭素の深さ分布を測定できることを示した。
