Research Abstract

野生生物の集団の遺伝構造や過去の来歴とともに、集団間の遺伝的分化における選択圧の寄与を明らかにすることを目的とし,適応的遺伝子に関わるゲノム領域と,関わらない中立なゲノム領域の変異の遺伝変異を解析した。チベット高原において標高という環境勾配に着目し,幅広い標高に分布するPotentilla fruticosa L.(バラ科キジムシロ属)を対象とした。
