Research Abstract

C4 植物特有の明期における光律速光合成特性に必要な新しいカルビン回路制御に、新規に単離したCP12Lを介したNADP依存的なGAPDH・PRK複合体形成が関与している可能性が考えられ、その検証を行った。In vitro 複合体再構成に成功し、これらの3つの因子が複合体形成をなしえることを証明し、さらに暗処理した葉の抽出液中においても同様の複合体の存在を認めた。これはin vivo においてもこれらの複合体が行われておることを強く示唆するデータである。
