Research Abstract

水チャネルアクアポリン2(aquaporin-2;AQP2)は腎臓集合管の水再吸収を担う重要なタンパク質であり、バソプレシンにより細胞内の貯蔵小胞と細胞膜間で輸送が調節される。AQP2の細胞内輸送機構を解明するために、AQP2のC末端領域に結合するタンパク質をGST融合AQP2によるプルダウンアッセイで探索した。AQP2は約40kDおよび約70kDのタンパク質と結合すること、さらに約40kDのタンパク質の結合はAQP2のリン酸化に依存していることが明らかとなった。
