Research Abstract

トゲウオ科魚類近縁種間の生殖隔離形質について,その遺伝的基盤を解明することを目的に,交配実験および遺伝マーカーの単離を行った。トミヨとイバラトミヨの戻し交配家系を作成し,生殖腺の組織学的観察および行動分析を行い,各形質の遺伝様式を調べた。また,これら2種とモデル生物であるイトヨとの間で共用できる多数の遺伝マーカーを開発した。今後は,これらのマーカーに基づき,各形質のQTL解析を行う予定である。
