Research Abstract

転写制御因子による転写活性化にはクロマチンの構造変換が必須である。その過程にはクロマチンリモデリング因子、ヒストンシャペロン、およびヒストン修飾酵素などのタンパク質が関与している。本研究は、クロマチン構造変換による遺伝子発現制御機構を明らかにすることを目的として、クロマチンリモデリング因子ACF、ヒストンシャペロンNap1、ヒストンアセチル化酵素の立体構造に基づく分子作用機構の解析を行った。
