Research Abstract

C型肝炎ウィルスの遺伝子の翻訳を特異的に阻害するRNAアプタマー、多剤耐性株の出現に関連するノンコーディングRNA、の2つの機能性RNAの立体構造と機能の相関をNMRにより解析した。多剤耐性株の出現に関連するノンコーディングRNAについては、薬剤との結合を検出し、その結合は連続した芳香環またはシクロヘキサン化学構造を認識していることを明らかとした。
