Research Abstract

近年、タマネギおよびネギでDNA マーカーが開発されるとともに連鎖地図が作成されている。また、ネギとシャロットの種間雑種に由来する単一染色体添加/欠失系統(以下添加/欠失系統)が山口大学で育成されている。本研究では、タマネギとネギのシンテニーを利用して、マーカーの座乗染色体を明らかにするとともに、抽苔時期に関する遺伝子座領域を連鎖地図から明らかにした。
