Research Abstract

本研究目的は、リステリア菌に対する感染防御因子探索である。遺伝子網羅的発現解析を用いて新規遺伝子Listericinを同定した。過剰発現およびRNAi解析から、ListericinはJAK-STAT経路により制御されること、またその過剰発現個体はリステリア菌感染に対して抵抗性を示し、体液中菌数も減少することを明らかとした。Listericinが新規抗菌様因子である可能性が示唆された。
